I have a drug test in less than a week (5-6 days), and I need to get this job. I'm 5'11, 145lbs, haven't worked out in 6+ months but have a high metabolism and therefore not much body fat (15% max). I've smoked for 4 years now on a consistent basis, heavy the first 2 years, and for the last 2 years only once a day, usually at night. Even with the test coming up I'm still doing my nightly bowl (bowl about .25 gram of bud). So, what can I do? Are any of those detox drinks any good? I only need to pass once and I'll know when it is so I can time it out like their instructions say. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Since its for a job, I'm guessing you won't be watched. GO to your local head shop and buy "Number 1"by Puck Technology. Easy as pie and you won't have to quit.
If they will watch you you have to dilute. This means quitting now!!!
Do you know if they are watching you or not?
Dilution isn't that hard, but I highly suggest using fake urine.

i just posted on this early to someone..but, with you being a daily user, there is prob still too many toxins in you just to dilute. If you are doing the water dillution i would not recommend that cause you will have to retake the test which you dont want to do cause you will have to worrry about it again. but i would suggest subbing also. The only sub i have used is Quick fix..ive never tried # 1, but thats the prob the most guaranteed way to pass

To me, thats ALL drama

Your best bet is to substitute, and if thats not an option........STOP friggin smoking then Dilute

What in the hell are you talking about?
You need to bone up on the guidelines before spouting them to others.

Ther term is not "watch you" it is either "Monitor" or "Observe".

There isn't anything mentioned anywhere in the guidelines regarding parents. The revised guidelines have been in force since last summer; way before you became a member, mchlwrrn. That alone tells me you didn't bother to read the guidelines before posting as is recommended to each new member.

I agree with Prong_67. You must quit now if you are to have any hope at all of passing using your own urine, even heavily diluted. Otherwise, you should really learn how to sub.
