I have a test coming up. I stopped smoking for 38 days, then smoked once with 15 days left, and again with 7 days left. It will be 7 days since I smoked on the day of the test. I can't find any creatine besides the powdered versions in health stores that cost $50-$70.

I'm getting tested at a mandatory 4 hour NCC Drug and Alcohol class. The test results come back to you sometime within those 4 hours, so it isn't a lab test. Don't you agree it would have to be more like a home drug test in order to give me and at least 15 others their results within those 4 hours? If it is more like a home drug test will they test creatine levels or would I be good if I used the dilution method and only colored my urine with b-complex without raising my creatine levels?

Red meat has creatine. You can eat a bunch of red meat, but that would probably be just as expensive.

When i took a mandatory drug and alcohol class the drug test that they gave was an instant test that only had a temperature validation, but every place is different, it is better safe than sorry especially if there are legal consequences.

I found chewalbe creatine tables in GNC for 30 dollars and it worked just fine.

I just went to Wal-Mart and found Weider Creatine Capsules with 5g of Creatine Monohydrate per serving. Will this be fine?

Should I start taking the recommended daily serving a few days before my test or should I take a higher dosage?

Take about 20mg a day starting 3-4 days before the test. You cant take too much, so get take as much as you can handle.
