For a week prior to my test I was browsing the internet and this board like crazy I came across a lot of helpful info...


So yesterday was my big day..

8:45 I got up and used the bathroom.... urine was regular yellow
9am.... took 4 325mg asprins
15 minutes later I was taking a dump.... I wondered if that had anything to do with the asprin I took.. i read the packaging and it said they actually expired this month lol
I followed up with two cups of water after the asprin....
used the bathroom a little after that.. that was clear

I didn't wanna overdilute myself since I was going to take Q Carbo...
so around 11 took another leak... that was clear...
11:30 took another leak and that was clear..

11:57.. chugged the Q Carbo.... followed by water i refilled the bottle with
then had another 2 cups of water

12:22.... used the bathroom and that was a very light yellow

drank another cup of water

12:44 took another leak and that was clear

1:30 im @ the quest diagnostics bathroom ready to go...

used the midstream...

that sample came out a very light yellow...


I've been EXTREMELY NERVOUS..... since

then I just got the call not too long ago... and I'm good
