My work used to have randoms once in awhile.
I missed them. Then there was one, I didn't think much about it.
Then two weeks another, so I quit. have only smoked twice in two weeks.
have been clean a week. I figure they will keep testing until they test everyone.
I heard the test is somewhat observed, before i had been carrying quickfix in a sock safety pinned in my underwear.
Now I'm diluting every day until i am clean.
I plan on either looking for another job, after i test clean and can pass a a hair test.
what a drag, the new owner is a prick.
observed randoms? give me a break.

There is no such thing as a "somewhat observed". What you are probably thinking of is a "monitored" test. They do this because there is more than one stall or sink in the restroom or there is more than one entrance/exit and they cannot monitor all doors from outside one door.

Observed means they actually watch the pee leave your body and flow into the collection cup.

if there are some rules I can check to see if what they are doing is illegal let me know...

Not sure what I could do about it though.

This is a monitored test and they do it because it is impossible to securely disable all water sources in the restroom. It is very difficult to secure a urinal. They are simply in the same room, which is not illegal at all.

day six of diluting coming up.
Did a test on first void today and tested positive, but I could see a faint very faint line.
Will tomorrow be the day of my random test?

I made it through another week. smoked once in three weeks.
If I can skate by another week i should be safe.
I have the home tests, so we'll see.
could be a random any day. the pattern has been thursdays.
On thursday this week almost 30 people called in sick.
