|  heavy smoker for 9 year+test in about 3 weeks, any input? I'm 6'2", 205 pounds, moderate metabolism, daily chronic smoker for 9 years, taking sobe full bowl hits 3-5 times a day. I quit smoking on mar 10 and will be tested around march 31, so I have 3 weeks. I obviously quit smoking, started Detoxify Constant cleanse capsules taken 3 times a day with 32 oz of water each time. I am planning on getting a drug test kit closer to the test date. What do you think my chances are of passing. Im also thinking about getting a 7 day herbal cleanse kit. Any other advice on what I should be doing? Thanks for the help. |

| FX John- I could possibly use syn urine, but its random and I don't know if i would have time to warm it up to the right temp in time. Or do you think I could heat it everyday for a week and just buy a box of hand warmers for multiple days? Thanks for the reply |

| When you are called for a random, just go into the bathroom, activate your little handwarmer thingy and apply that to the side of the QF bottle. Reposition the QF bottle in your private area, come out of the bathroom and say "I just couldn't pee right now. Can I have some water or something?" They will give you water and time. After 45 minutes or an hour, you "try" again. By then, your synthetic is warm enough. simple. |

| thanks sec, good advice, I will definitely use that technique if I fail my own drug test at home the day before. Do you have any tips that I could do that im not already doing. or is my heavy use pretty much guaranteed to fail. Thanks for the help |

| You could purchase some inexpensive home tests online. That way, no one needs to guess when or if you will be clean at test time. IF you test every couple days, you will know how long it takes YOUR BODY to test negative after smoking so much for so long. Use your first pee of the day to conduct the home tests. That urine is the most concentrated and contains the highest percentage of contaminants per mL of fluid. IF you test negative using that urine, you should test negative on an employment test at any other time of the day. You have enough time and the tests are cheap enough online that you can afford to get several and test yourself at least 2 times per week. |
