Well I'm not a big smoker, I smoked like 3 times in the past year.

I have to take a military drug test in 3 weeks from today.

I smoked a shit ton 2 wednesdays ago, and completely freaked out.

so I ate less then 1200 calories a day, ran 6 miles a day, and lifted weights.

this past weekend however I just chilled out, ate normally, got drunk a bit, i ran 5 miles yesterday.

Took my first void of the day, it was healthy yellow.

BAM! and it was a negative!

Anyway! that's what I did, pretty much became an anorexic and lost some fat too!!

Take care, I'm not sure if this would work for you! but it did for me!

Still before the actual drug test I'm not gonna work out alot so any additional THC won't be released!

Is that possible?? If I shed alot of fat some of that THC might sneak back up??

A one time high on an otherwise clean body should be able to test negative in 3-5 days without all that rigamaroll you put yourself through.

You had 3-5 times that time frame to test negative. Chances are it was just time that allowed you to test clean and not all the starving, exercizing and dieting.

You ran 5 miles one day, then tested yourself the next and still received a negative result. Additional exercize won't hurt your results. The only thing that could cause you to have a positive test result in 3 more weeks is if you smoke or eat more pot between now and then.
