i'm 5'10" ,195lbs. have a average to low metabolism , have been chronic fur 20yrs..lol , have been fairly inactive this winter , will have a drug test in about 2wks...lol , do not have alot of cash fur tests,blockers and synthetics. whats my best options...oh ya i just smoked my last spliff so i have now quit any ideas ..thx

I'd say you're going to fail no matter what you do. Check out substitution I guess. Otherwise, stay sedentary and hope the THC doesn't escape your fat cells and isn't concentrated in your bloodstream as to keep it out of your urine. You waited too long to quit haha.

I don't have experience, firsthand or otherwise, with that method but I feel like it won't help much. The amount of THC in your system is most likely very high. Drinking lots of water, i.e. dilution, will yield an untestable sample and high levels of asprin along with high water content will be a red flag upon testing. I honestly don't see any way out besides substitution. As I am not exactly an expert on the method, I would advise you to take other opinions into account and ask around as to how to best go about the substitution method.

Read up on some of the drug testing FAQs on this site.. What works for some may not work for others, but a home testing kit if you plan on using your own urine. Otherwise I'd say you best bet is substitution, Good luck.
