Recently I was made aware of a job opening at my brothers work. I smoked about 5 days ago and it was off of a few rellos between 5 people. They all were a little skimpy: just trying to give as much information as possible. I am 20 years old, 5' 8" tall, around 120 - 125 pounds, have very fast metabolism, and exercise on a fairly regular basis (basically doing military press, and using dumbells). I have weighed around the same weight for about 3 years now, and can not gain any if I tried. I eat the same if not more than everyone I know and none of it gets stored no matter how lazy I am. I do not have any visible fat on my body but am what you would call toned, not so much built. I have already written a resume and filled out an application at my brothers work (yesterday: Tuesday). The supervisor informed me that he would be getting in touch with me next week for an interview. Today being Wednesday gives me at least 6 days to make sure I am clean (including today, it's 4am). I went out and purchased a gallon of purified water from the grocery store not so much to flush my system, but to keep me hydrated for the days to come. Here's my plan: Today starting at 6am, I plan to run at least a few miles before coming in and finally going to sleep (wearing sweats to burn more callories, and its about 30 degrees outside). I will do this every day until my interview, and include working out into my daily schedule, followed hopefully by more runs and exercise. I will drink hopefully at least a gallon or more every day to force urination and keep me hydrated. Two days before the interview, which I do not know if that is when that will give me a piss test (hopefully not) I will cease all exercises as that will stop the flushing of my system. I will continue to drink lots of water (I know to much will kill you) and will begin taking asprin, and hopefully vitamin B2 to color my urine to prevent a suspicious looking sample. I HAVE TO BE CLEAN. It's not so much that I won't get the job, but that my older brother (different dad) is approaching 40 and already said if I test positive I will have to deal with him, but in all reality that also includes my mom, both of which think pot can kill you...lol... Also, before smoking the few rellos, I had smoked very rarely in the weeks prior. Do you think I will pass if I stick to my exercise / drinking plan since I am skinny and have a high metabolism? Suggestions would be grately appreciated... No I don't think substitution is an option
