Help Please! I just found out today that I have to take a DT for court!

1st off sorry for the length of my post, but I wanted to leave out no details! Also I have no problem quiting smoking for a month or two, but I just got hit with this news today.

Okay I will lay out my entire story for you in detail. Anyone who has any tips or advise I will be very grateful!

On December 28, 2007 I was charged w/ a Felony DWI for blowing a .09% BAC.

It was my 2nd DWI in 5 years, so that is why I was charged w/ a Felony (My prior DWI was in April of 2003.) The court system where I live makes you go straight to the county’s drug & alcohol program & sign-up when you get out of jail.

I know, I know! It is very unconstitutional! Making people pay $400 for the program, plus make them take a breathalyzer test or antabuse everyday. before they are ever convicted of the crime! I asked a few lawyers how they can make you do this when you haven’t been found guilty. All of them said, that if you tried to fight it the judge would put you in jail & you would be in their, until your appeal of going to the program would go to the State Supreme Court. All of them said that if I did protest going in to the program that I’d win the case & be a hero in the town; but having to sit in jail for a year wouldn’t be worth it.
Sorry to get off the subject, but I just had to rant!

Now back to my story…
So I got a lawyer & from what I've seen he's done a great job for me. Along w/ trying to get my charges dropped to a Class A Misdemeanor, he wanted to speed up my court case. So I could get my drivers license ASAP. (My court date was scheduled for June 2nd.) Well he did just that, he worked out a deal w/ the prosecutor & now I have to go to court next week on March 28th! Also part of the agreement will drop my charges down to a Misdemeanor DWI, plus do 80 hours community service & finish the county’s drug & alcohol program. I have no problem w/ that! But here is where my problem lies...

From my prior DWI, I know how this will go. Where I live the court system works like this:
After court & the case is settled, the judge will require me to go straight to community service & sign-up for my 80 hours. While I’m at community service, they will pop me w/ a drug test. (This is what happened to me last time.)

Now I have 8 days to get clean! You see they don’t test you at alcohol & drug unless you are hit w/ a drug case. They just wait until you go to community service & get popped w/ one & community service sends your DT back to the D & A program.

So what am I to do?
The Whizzinator? Nope won’t work. Some jackass in-town was caught trying.
Cover-Up Drinks? I've tried a few different brands & none of them have never worked for me when I used them trying to get a job.

So I have no clue on what I should do. Help Me Please!

Also I do want to let you know that I'm not a real heavy smoker, I only smoke 2 to 4 days a week & the days I do, I only smoke a joint at night. Although it is always very dank shit! I refuse to smoke swag!

So if you have read all of this & have any advise for me I'd love to hear it!

Sorry I forgot to mention my height/weight, etc...
I am 5' 7" & weigh 175lbs. My metabolism is below average. I have been drinking a lot of water in the last 2 months. Also I don't know if this matters but I am a type 2 diabetic. My smoking over the last month has been as I posted before 2 to 4 times a week, w/ 1 night (February 9th) I smoked a bunch at a party. Hope this helps! I am really starting to get worried about this too, so please can anyone help out a brother?

ya my advice is dont drink and drive anymore bro, youre gonna get someone hurt or killed. oh ya and try dilution method that n2 suggests...
