This shady lookin' fella told me to drink a gallon of water with a tablespoon of bleach in it. I replied with a blank stare. No good, right?

I think I already know the answer, I just like to back up my assumptions!

That goes beyond merely "no good". That is downright dangerous!

At that kind of dilution, the bleach probably won't hurt you. It won't do you any good. The gallon of water might dilute your urine so that it wouldn't register positive on a UA, but there are other factors in doing a dilution that need attention or you'll fail the test because they'll detect that you are diluted.
