| I have a drug test tomarow and cannot fail by any means. I am prescribed this and I have read it can make a false positive. But I have failed my last probation drug test and if I fail this one and try to blame it on some false positive, then it will most likely look really fishy. |

I'm pretty sure ibuprofen and marinol do this though. | |

| They fixed the false positive from naproxen and ibuprofen years ago. Marinol isn't a false positive, it is a positive that would be oked by a MRO if you have a valid script for it. |

| False positives are a thing of the past. Labs use a GC/MS machine to verify a positive from one of the strip tests. GC/MS reports exactly what compounds are in a sample and there's no way to fool it. Marinol is a synthetic THC analog - it's not the same as the naturally occurring THC in cannabis and they can be identified as such with GC/MS.
