If I have someone pee for me just before I test and use it within a couple of hours of it being stored between my sack at 98 degrees will I have any problems?

The only problem you should have is making sure the temp is right and that your donor is COMPLETELY clean. Urine can be kept at room temps for approx. 8 hours. Outside of that, don't get caught and you should be golden.
