aright

i was smokin occasionly maybe 4 times a week and i have a test today. ive been clean since friday and have about 4 clean days.

who thinks the dilution method will work its my only shot since the test is observerd.

Well, it is late afternoon today. If you have your test today, then it might even be too late to dilute properly. For sure you had no time to load up on creatine.

no way you'll pass, unless you dilute perfectly and you haven't had time to load up on creatine and aspirin. long shot

wwell the test isnt till 10 and ive been loading up on asprin, creatine wont matter since its a home test,

still think theres a slim chance of passing?

sure there's a chance. I wish you luck. maybe in your case don't be as afraid to slightly over dilute. eat some salty food.

well after drinking 7 bottles of water and a detox drink i did pass

only 4 clean days.

i added i very little water to the cup by spitting water i was holding so im sure that helped too.

Well the dilution method works,
use it

ya it for sure works. i passed a lab test afte 5 days of not smoking. before i was smoking every day about 3 or 4 bowls of chronic. so ya.
