Hey guys just wanted to get some input on my situation. I am 20 years old, male, active 150 pound, 5 foot 7. I got arrested in January for a misdimeanor marijuana possession. I was ordered to do 30 hour comm service and take part in an 8 week drug education program. I'm meeting with some guy at the program next tuesday. If there was no mention from my judge about a possible drug test as well as my lawyer should I be expecting one. In the past month i have only smoked about 1.5 grams with the last time being March 18th I smoked a Joint. My meeting is next tuesday and I dont even know if I'm getting tested. My question is do you think they will even test me and will I pass a test a week from now if they do test me?

I would always expect the worst man. Besides, rather be safe than sorry, right? Just stop smoking from now until then and you should be fine. 1.5 grams isn't a lot.

I took a home test and I passed after drinking like 4 cups of water...my piss was still yellowish so should i be confident with these results?

If you can pass an at home test you should be okay for a real one. If i were you I would take a test without drinking any extra water (you said 4 cups), or even better first thing in the morning and if you pass that you are good to go. Just don't smoke anymore!
