stopped last night...smoked heavily for years

now i have a test on monday night. im 6'0 223 and work out everyday after work.
i started to flush with loads of water today and will be getting a detox kit tonight and using that this weekend. iv thought of getting strip from gnc but that seems steep but if i have to go with it i will. i guess im just looking for more insight to flushing my system before monday's deadline. (im scepticle that this can happen).

if you have any other ideas that will help me it would be great!

If you need to go to a lab for a drug test, read N2's Substitution tips and substitute. Detox won't help, it just masks your sample and makes your test results come up inconclusive, which means you will have to take another test.

It's too soon for you to pass on just your own urine.

None of those "detox" products do what they claim to do. They're just a way to separate the credulous from their cash. When they do work, it's because they're a very expensive (and uncertain) way to do a dilution protocol. You can do a proper dilution with Gatorade, salt, B-vitamins, and a Creatine supplement, i.e. cheap. You can find out the best way to do a dilution in these threads:

The only way to know if it'll work is to go through the dilution scheme and test yourself.

Pre-employment tests are unobserved, so the synthetics (artificial urine for substitution) are pretty much a sure thing for them. The only time you'd have to worry about using a synthetic is for a probation or other observed test.

I won't say it's impossible to pass. If I were in your shoes (just trying to help, not preach) I would start the creatine loading asap (since it takes 24 hours for the body to start the process) according to the dilution sticky. Also, start taking metimucil immediately (I would max out doses each day). Then I would to double/triple up the exercises up until about Friday evening. Throughout this entire time you want to eat HIGH fiber foods as much as possible. For now eat LOW fat foods UNTIL the time you stop exercising (which should be about Friday). Then you want to eat as much fatty foods as you can to put a layer of "fresh fat" across the thc layered fat. Be lazy and don't burn many calories. On test day, get up early enough to eat something very light. Wait about 1/2 hour and then start dilutiing process. BTW....I have read through the results thread and have seen others post of passing on short notice and recent chronic use. Who knows...you can be one of the ones that can.

Another important factor.....MAKE SURE you do a practice run Sunday with the asprin and water (only needed for self testing).

And last but not least....please keep us posted on whether you passed or failed. Someone in the future will learn from your experience.

i stayed in the sauna for 20m today, pushed it real hard before also...

ill stay away from the detox kit and go with the creatine loading and the fiber.
