|  Can't they mix drink and creatine to make a dilution drink? Its pretty much all about water and high creatine levels. So, why aren't any of those detox drinks work? They obviously don't detox the system, but shouldn't they let you dilute properly?

| It takes 3 days or so for creatine to convert to creatinine in you body. If you take a detox drink only 3-4 hours prior to your test, that isn't enough time for the creatine contained in the drink to do you any good. |

| Some so-called "detox" products do contain creatine. It's just not effective in a product that you take a couple of hours before a UA.
