Hi!

I read the sticky thread at the top of the forum, and it says not to spike your urine with water (I plan on doing so and subbing) because the SG will be off. I've tested it with the adulteration strips you can buy on the web, and it comes up fine. The PCC/Oxidant is off.

Please give me advice! I was counting on subbing and now I'm in a panic!

I dont see why you need to add water if you are subbing. Get enough real urine or synthetic urine and all you will have to worry about is the temperature.

I plan to use my own urine, just spiked with water because I doubt I'll have enough detox time for dilution to work.

Well, that isnt really a good plan, the lab can detect that pretty easily. I would suggest using completly clean urine and not watering it down. They sell synthetic urine at all headshops in most states, i suggest trying that.

OK, thanks much for your help. I was surprised at how much water I could add to my own pee and the adulteration strip still said the SG was OK.

Turns out I have a few extra days, so I'll have time to detox. Lesson learned!

Now I'm starting to wonder about those adulteration strips. I got them from American Screening and the colors always matched the 'negative' ones on the side of the bottle, but I've had them for about a year now and they may have spoiled. So with that in mind, I started Creatine loading too in case that was off but showing OK.

But it also turned out that after almost 4 days, the home test came out clean without my having to dilute, so I guess I'm good to go. I'm 5'6, 105 lbs, and 53 yrs old but quite hyper.

Hoping the pre-emp lab test is Monday 'cause I'm jonesing and getting just a wee bit testy - pardon the pun. But at least now I know I only need a few days, not weeks, to detox under normal circumstances.
