Okay here goes, I have a drug test in the middle of this week, so I figured substitution would be the best angle to go about it. So I came to this place, went to Erowid, everything, obsessing and losing sleep due to research (told my girlfriend I can't be too careful).

The fruits of my labor produced:
-a 4 oz. empty travel size bottle with a child's temperature strip on it
-digital thermometer for practice (beeps though so I can't take it)
-And of course, urine from a friend who is completely clean (not even Aspirin)

I have been walking around my house multiple times during the week with the bottle in tow, so far the body temp is 96, but hits around 94 in the cup, so I plan on using a handwarmer, and depending on the temp when I check it before entering, I may remove it and trust body heat until the urine is substituted.

DAY OF THE TEST: I plan on getting the frozen sample, running it under water around 99 to 105 degrees, slowly, to avoid sediment. If sediment is present, I will pour it through a coffee filter. Then, I will strap it to the inside of my thigh (evidence has proven it gets hotter for me), head to the testing facility, and before exiting my car, checking the urine's temp with the digital thermometer. If it ends up being around 100 or greater due to the handwarmer, I'll remove it and keep it neutralized with body heat. In the bathroom, I plan to slowly unpop the cap, and squeeze 2-3 ounces into the cup, lifting the bottle slightly to avoid bubbling noises about 1-2 times. The remaining urine will go in the toilet, with a drop or two on the seat. If there aren't people nearby, I will unscrew the cap instead of unpopping the fliptop lid and risking the noise, and pour it slowly, but with the proper noise. All that's left is to reholster the bottle, and await results and the ensuing celebration.

SO I've absorbed all this information, and it probably won't be as difficult as I'm envisioning (first ever drug test). Are there ANY bases I need to cover or steps I've left out? Just like everyone who creates these topics, reassurance or constructive criticism is the prize. I look forward to joining the illustrious sub club.

I'd skip the drop on the seat.
also if you have enough samples you might want to unfreeze one and see if it really does get cloudy.
On the digital thermometer I had plugged the little speaker with glue.
the temp strip should be close enough and the handwarmer should work.
no one is going to hear bubbling with the door shut.

Unfortunately I only have one sample, and it was hard enough to get to meet the guy ONCE to be able to get it. I heard that the coffee filter won't be necessary, and if it gets cloudy to not worry because all urine has some form of sediment

I think they will be using a strip type of thermometer if that helps you. I think 90 to 100 is the range that is okay. Don't leave pee on the toilet. There will probably be some blue dye in the toilet which shouldn't effect you of course. You probably wont be able to run the sink. They also will likely keep an ear open right out side the door. So make sure your vessel is quiet. You want to be able to do it as fast as you can really. good luck.
