I know that urine is gender specific if it's tested for that which it usually isn't. I am guessing you have a drug test and you are wondering if you can get someone to pee in a cup for you. You should be fine and it's very rare small companies check for anything except drugs. Larger ones though may test for more stuff!!!

They could test for uranium too. fact is that sex isnt tested by drug labs its very complicated adn expensive and they are in business to make a profit-- so far none of the labs are using sex determiniation to detect substitution

Urine test aren't tested for gender.
