Hi. I was a government registered California medical marijuana user till the feds busted me in a National Park in Utah. I have nerve damage and MMJ really helps with the pain and discomfort. Unfortunately the Federal courts said they would not recognize MMJ. I think I will be able to get my sentence (for having about an 1/8 of pot) in my car reduced to a year probation and $1,000 fine. I had even bought it legally in CA. They are heartless. Anyway, I am accepting my current fate and wondered what to expect for a test. I am in Florida right now and will be here for a few months till I return back to CA.

While on probation, should I expect to have to do weekly tests and what kind of tests? It sucks to be in pain so I wondered if there would be a way to beat it without risking a positive. I am in rough shape so I'm only about 125 pounds and 5'7". How long will it stay in my system? I used to smoke daily but have stopped ever since I was arrested on June 3.

Being thin you are in luck, and by now you should be clean of any THC in your system. Check out a product called the urinator if you want to fake your way through the tests.

If you can prove you're in allot of pain and only using Marijuana for medical purposes you shouldn't have too much trouble but then again FL has strict Marijuana Laws they consider it to be just like any other off topic drug. You should move to California we have the most lenient Marijuana laws around.
Marijuana Can stay in you're system anywhere from 7 to 30 days, depending on what test they use. But in you're situation 5/7 125 lbs it shouldn't take any longer then 1 ~ 2 weeks tops to get it all out of you're system, Good Luck

Regarding the urinator...I had heard that somebody stands in the same room when you do the pee test. Wouldn't they see this tube thing?

If you are on probation in a state like Florida, you need to not smoke until you are off. Seen a guy in court today that violated his probation by flunking a drug test and they hammered hime hard.
