| Hi. I was a government registered California medical marijuana user till the feds busted me in a National Park in Utah. I have nerve damage and MMJ really helps with the pain and discomfort. Unfortunately the Federal courts said they would not recognize MMJ. I think I will be able to get my sentence (for having about an 1/8 of pot) in my car reduced to a year probation and $1,000 fine. I had even bought it legally in CA. They are heartless. Anyway, I am accepting my current fate and wondered what to expect for a test. I am in Florida right now and will be here for a few months till I return back to CA. While on probation, should I expect to have to do weekly tests and what kind of tests? It sucks to be in pain so I wondered if there would be a way to beat it without risking a positive. I am in rough shape so I'm only about 125 pounds and 5'7". How long will it stay in my system? I used to smoke daily but have stopped ever since I was arrested on June 3. Thanks. | |
