I'm 6'0" 155 lbs. I have a pretty quick metabolism and i run and do abs everyday. I havent smoked in 3 weeks but prior to that I smoked probably every other day most of the winter. Before that I only smoked maybe once or twice a month for a year or two. I'm taking a pre employment test and I think I'll pass but I can wait an extra week or so to take the test, do you think that is even nessacary?

I would wait the week. I have heard people testing dirty 45 days clean.

I would take a home test first before making the decision to wait another week. Use your first void of the day and if you pass that then you will pass the real test. I think you will be fine but home test just to be sure.
