This is probably a long shot, but...

I am just starting a job at target and passed the pre-employment test by subbing. This test was done at an off site facility and i had 24 hours notice. My question is, are the random tests done the same way, or can they be on-site tests? I plan on working there for a few years because its good pay and a pretty easy job, so there is a good possibility that i could have to take a random. Does anyone have any experience with their random testing policy?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I tried to search for this, and all i found was info on the pre-employment test, which was actually really helpful for the first test.

My old District Manager now is a District Manager with Target. I will call him for you and see what he has to say. It will take a day or two because we live on different coasts (time zones make it a bitch.) I will let you know as soon as I hear back from him.

I do pre-employment tests for Target, but have never done a random test. I don't think they do random testing.
