Ok, I go to the same collection facility that I went to for my previous sample (one deemed diluted, stated in other post). I'm filling out the paperwork, exact same stuff as before. Except this:

After I give the sample (QF 4.0 at temp) I'm filling out seperate papers instead of the carbon copy deal I did before. Maybe I'm just being paranoid about this, but on these forms where the "tests requested by employer" section is theres now a number where I didn't see one previous. Maybe it's because the carbon copy didn't go all the way through to my donor copy (convenient how's ours is last ain't it). I'm just unsure if my to be employer would request more stringent tests after recieveing a dilute result first time around.

Something I'm also now worried over is if the chick that collected for me would/could write comments on the papers sent to the testing facility that I myself cannot see.

I'm totally unsure if anything I did would raise suspicion (Besides clear toilet water and my QF being yellow), but theres no way she knew for sure if I was hiding anything the specimen was at the level and what do they know it's all i had to give right?

If there was suspicion would a collector ask or say anything?

Or is it normal for them to simply not say anything and go about the forms the way I had described instead meaning they thought I was up to something so I'm filling out seperate forms instead of the one carbon paper copy?

Is that even legal if they do something like that? Or is whatever that is written on those forms when I sign them concrete? No remarks were written when I signed and certainly not on my copy in front of me.

Also what are the chances that my QF is exposed to sunlight in the travel from collection to lab? Couldn't someone be a punk and purposely put it there if they have suspicion? Or would that ruin real urine's qualities too?


Has anyone ever been subject to an event like I described?

I'm just freaking out here, before I was totally confident about this and now I don't know what to think.

hiya can`t say i`m going be any help but as from what i read if you signed something i doubt if anything else could be writen and as far as quick fix is concern any i`ve read on here or elsewhere all has been good if i were you i would try not too worry too much i`m u for a test myself soon and i have a laugh to myself every so often i`ve had two splifs in the last 18 days i`ve never been so parinoid in all my life and people say its marijuana that makes ya that way quick fix is good you`ll be fine x x p.s check out my post give us your opinion thanks x

You are just freaking out. Chances are, the collector didn't even remember you from your first test, let alone suspect you of doing something sinister.

Yes, the collector can make comments on the MRO copy of the form after you leave, but that almost never happens.

You are paranoid and need to take a nap.

I know the collector remembered me because she addressed me in such. Unlike your explanation of Collectors where the mentality is get in, give me your piss and get out.

She was quite talkative.

I ask such questions because the legality of the subject provides security for myself. You encourage standing up for one's rights, and that is all that my question really asks.

Besides, what could she even say at that point and how could it affect me?

I am tired and plan to work early tomorrow, but thanks for the moral support. Always appreciate the advice.

There is nothing the collector could write on your form that the employer doesn't already know. The employer was the one who ordered the re-test. The collector probably did not even know why unless this was a TPA office; (Third Party Administrator).

I know you are worried and concerned, but really; there is no cause.

If the collector suspected you of substituting, then she is required to have you give another specimen right away (without leaving the facility), observed. The collector would need to call your employer right away and inform him/her of the observed test, and get an observer of the same sex to watch you pee.

That didn't happen, so your collector suspected nothing.

Got result back earlier this week. Passed without a doubt, employer called informing all background information cleared ( Screening Organization used for my employer HireRight, basically a company that processes everything included in background information for employers )

Anyway thanks again to everyone for the support/help. I wouldn't have been able to be typing this post on my last day at my old job without it.
