Hey all. New to the forums here, but glad to be a part of them.

I, myself, have a few job interviews coming up very soon after I graduate. My girlfriend does, as well. Both of us have taken note of this fact, and thus have decided to abstain from smoking.

The last time we smoked was 4/21, and those were mere flakes. Our patterns before that were typical 2-3 half bowls a day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I, myself, would toke a leaf or two at 6 AM before work so it would be bearable (I work in a cafeteria). This was about two or three weekends of smoking. Before this, on Easter vacation, we followed these smoking patterns (2-3 half bowls a day) for five days in a row.

The last largest sesh we had was obviously 4/20, and it was a wonderful experience. One of these intense, introspective highs. Knowing we weren't going to smoke again, we smoked the remainder of our stuff. Quite good stuff, too. Huge bowls.

Regardless, we haven't smoked since then, and don't plan to smoke until our prospective job interviews (which would most likely be in the first week of June, so a little over 40 days). Seeing as we have no experience with drug tests, I'm not sure how quickly they happen after job interviews. Judging from my experience with the threads, there seems to be a 3-5 day window when asked for a drug test. Would I be correct in that assumption? If so, this gives us.. 40-45 clean days, I'd estimate. Maybe a bit more.

I, myself, had a 2-day detox kit from Passyourdrugtest.com handy, something which I ordered back when I was a very light smoker (1-2 times a week) and had a potential job interview coming up. Unfortunately, I was never called back, so I had this handy. I just did the detox system for the past two days, a horrid experience of fasting and drinking lots of tea and water, and guzzling down horrid tasting pills and liquids. As of 10:00 AM this morning, the drug test that came with the kit marked me as positive (though the faintest of line scan barely be seen in the other side.. but I'm fairly certain this is just wishful thnking). PYDT.com informed me that, with my smoking level, this kit would probably not be enough to cleanse me. I have, after this experience, decided not to really trust them. Part of me wants to order their crisis capsules to take just before the test as an added security, but I am unsure whether to trust them or not. Has anyone had any positi ve experiences with their "take before your test, be clean for five hours" products? Regardless, I'm hoping the detox flushed enough toxins from my system so that I will be clean in given time for a job interview.

Then I found this place. The recommendend modes of preparing for a drug test seem pretty trustworthy. However, I must ask.. is creatine really necessary as part of the dilution process? My girlfriend is a vegetarian, and I myslef do not wish to waste a large amount of money on a tub of the stuff. I have a tub of N.O. Explode handy (which I'm told is a creatine supplement), but I'm unsure if this would be good for the tests or not. Can anyone clue me in as to the correct doses? Have any of you had positive experiences with the dilution method (other than those posted in the sticky, of course).

Any products from GNC that would help us simply detox our entire systems and not have to follow these methods? I'm well aware THC is fat-soluble, so any amount of pills, herbal remedies, or fiber supplements is mor elikely to be a scam and not work. Still, I must be hopeful.

At this juncture, I'm planning to buy us a few home drug tests and have us take 'em 4-5 days before the tests. If we're still positive, we're going to probably do the recommended dilution method as shown in this forum, practicing it for a day or two just for added security.

The only problem I see with this plan is the constant worry nagging me until then. Does anyone think we will be naturally clean by then? Can anyone recommend some kits they know to be effective so we can clean up now so we don't have to worry about it? I'm 5'11", 165 pounds, relatively average build. My girlfriend is just short of 5'0", and.. well, I think 125?

I apologize for the long post. It's how I roll. I just very much want the jobs I am being offered. Didn't study four years for a degree just to have it all thrown away on account of peeing into a cup. I hope you guys can help me out.

lol not really Im sure lots of people will have stuff to say I just want ya to try to relax.
In my trials and errors I found getting all worked up is not a very cleansing no atter what test I did or who was taking the results. ok deep breath and....... release

Home testing is your friend. Get some home tests. You can get a bunch of them online for a relatively cheap price. Test yourself periodically and see when you can pass.

So I suppose that's a resounding negative to all of my questions, then?

I unfortunately lack the ability to delay my job interviews to a date where I'm sure I'm clean, so I'd like any good methods to clean up. Seems dilution will be the best.

nah most of us aren't stoned. a lot of us have had to quit for our jobs.
Others are in phases of quitting for passing.

You said you have 40 days or so to get clean. That is plenty of time, even for a chronic user like yourself. If you read the dilution sticky, you will find out how to dilute successfully and correctly. Also, if you home test yourself, you will find out if you need to dilute at all...

It isn't that we didn't help, it is that we cannot tell you how long it will take for you to test negative. BTW, there is no product that will help "clean up toxins". Think about it, you're a college grad, if a product can detox a person in two days, why woudl we need cancer treatments? Why would people die of infections and poisons, why do people suffer from colds, flu and other viruses?

All your fancy detox potion will do is dilute your urine. It basically instructs you to drink massive quantities of fluids over a time period. This will add so much water to your urine that any THC contained therein is undetectable because the ratio of THC per milliter of urine is lessened to the point of falling below the test cutoff level. However; once you pee out the excessive fluid, your THC levels go right back where they were prior to drinking the potion.

Time and exercise are all that will rid the body of THC. You are young, so that works well for you. Home testing will let you know how long it takes you to test clean without all the smokescreen of a 'magic potion'.

It isn't that we didn't help, it is that you just didn't recognize the help we offered.

Oh, believe you me, I' mvery grateful for all you guys have to say. It certainly has relaxed me considerably and makes me feel a whole lot better. I just wanted some answers to my questions for future reference, that's all. Certainly didn't mean to offend.
