I am cronic smoker for years. I have been clean for 5 weeks and will have just over 6 full weeks before my test on 5/12. I have run a fair amount over the last month. I have a pre-employment test. before I quit for this test 5 weeks ago I smoked everyday, kind, for years.I played D1 football so my weight is that body type.
