Quest Urine test tomorrow---couple of questions for the board

Getting the 35105N SAP 5-50 w/nit for pre-employment.

A chronic smoker, I have not used since early February 2008. I am 6'4", 250 lbs., exercise (weights and cardio) regularly, and have a (fairly) fast metabolism.

Have tested negative three times since Feb. 2008 using the drugstore home-test kits. (I even sent one off to the lab--saying it was positive so they'd test with another technique to verify--and was told it was neg.)

Given these facts, do I have anything to worry about? Do the home-test kits conduct the same type of testing as Quest for THC? Should I be doing anything else?

I'd think I'm good to go--no need to dilute or anything else--but want to check with the board to be sure. Thanks!

If you haven't smoked since Feb, then you'll be completely clean. If you feel more comfortable to drink a 32 oz. of Gatorade, then you're more then happy to, but not required.

You should be good to go naturally. Just drink enough fluids to be able to pee when they ask. No more than 20 ounces in the 2 hours prior to the test.
