Hey everyone,

Haven't posted in a while, but I may have a pre-employment UA coming up soon. I am going to sub and have Quickfix 4.0. I used a heating pad before and put it in my sock. This was during the winter months and I had full length jeans. Now I will have shorts. I have read N2's post and will either do one or two pair of tightys. My question is if the bottle is at room temp and you crotch it without warming first how long will it take to get to temp range? And will it stay within range as long as crotched?

You have to practice yourself. For me its about 90 minutes.

My big concern is that to be safe its better to use a heating pad and it often makes it warm up beyond 100 degrees. You can cool it down but what if the cup doesn't have a temp strip attached? How do you know it cooled down enough?

I took my test with Quick Fix in the winter. I heated it for 10 seconds, attached the heating pad and I was 96-98 for more than an hour. I just wore 3 pairs of underwear to make sure it didnt fall out,lol and kept the heating pad on the whole time. Worked flawlessly and the temperature never ever went above 100 degrees. Was 98 when i left my house, bout 96-97 after more than an hour and a half. Good luck!
