Here is my situation. I am 6'0. 175 lbs. Good metabolism.

I have not smoked for 24 days now. I would usually just smoke an L with my boy every Fri, or every other Fri., for a while before that. That has been for about the last six months. Before that, I would say I was a moderate smoker. I have a drug test coming up sometime next week, probably around the 30 day mark. I took an at home test two days ago and came across that oh so common result. I got the faded red line in the target area. (however it was more visible than not). When I took that test, I did not dilute or anything, just took it when I got home from work. I got a pre-employment drug test at Quest Diagnostics. I'm glad I found this website cause know I know that detox drinks are a waste of $$. Now I just need to know what route I should go. I think dilution would be best, due to my 30 days of not blazin'. Advice would be greatly appreciated. Stay up......

I would suggest testing yourself again before the test and if the line is still there then just dilute somewhat to make sure. If you want to be 100% sure then use Quick Fix 4.0, but if you are scared of getting caught then dilute.

good look monarch. i've been doin alot of reading on these posts and everyone says when you use an at home test, u need to use your very first void to get an accurate reading. is this just to get a more realistic result?

Yes, your morning urine is most concentrated, but most people drink water throughout the day. I drink plenty of water because I can't be dehydrated.

So, I'd simply dilute and go later during the day.
