|  when/how many rolaids..... i have been hearin alot about takin rolaids with the dilution? when and how many? thanks |

| Rolaids/Tums people take Tums/Rolaids to consume extra salts,in the hopes that as the urine is diluted it keeps its specific gravity up in case it is checked for its gravity. Normal values are generally 15 to 250 milliequivalents per liter per day (mEq/L/day), depending on how much fluid and salt you consume. Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories. one tablet of Rolaids contains 53 mg of sodium body requires only about 50 to 400 mg of sodium per day. p.s. they do sell sodium free rolaids, so taking those will do nothing. |
