Heavy smoker for past 3 years, been clean for 87 days straight, worked out alot and sweat. Took urine test today, drink 24 oz of water around 45-min 1hour before test no other liquids and the pee was my third piss of the day..pee came out yellow but kinda light, did i drink too much water to cause a dillute fail? please help
