I am 5'6 185lbs minimal bodyfat, exercise regularly, work often, i rarely smoke as in like twice a year, but i did i took probably 2-3 puffs on friday and am concerned about taking a test the following friday. should i be worried?

maybe, maybe not. no one can give you an answer that you can "take to the bank"

so, get a home test, test yourself with the first void of the day - if you pass that, you're chances of passing a 50ng test are probably good with simply drinking 20 oz of gatorade 1.5 hours before the test.

if you don't pass, you can try dilution. see the sticky, and then test yourself.

if that doesn't work, you'll have to think about subbing

but to start with, you'll need a few home tests.

CVS, walgreens, supermarkets.

they run about $15.00. Just get the marijuana one if that is all you are concerned about. they are usually in a green box.
