So I know it says any pink faint line is a NEGATIVE. But it was real faint, I had to hold it up to the light in my hallway to see if it was pink. The control line was pink but not the same as the color on the box (fainter). Am I good to go? I've been 24 days clean and have about another 17 days. Thanks in advance.

Also,

I messed up because it was not the first void of the day. I took it at 11:20 PM. Here's what I drank during the day

1 12oz water at noon
1 12oz water at 4 PM
1 8oz redbull at 4:15 PM
1 12oz redbull at 6 PM
1 12oz water between 6-8:30 PM

then about half hour before the test I drank one of those 1L poland spring bottles because I was anxious to take it and could not void. However, my urine was still very yellow. This is indicative that my hydration for the day could not have diluted the home test and caused both of the lines to be faint?

Should I retake the test tomorrow morning?

Yes, although I believe you probably will receive a positive this morning.

Wait until you have only 3-5 days until you test. Then test yourself at home with the first void of the day. IF you don't test that one, then look into diluting or subbing.

You might even be able to pass on your own after 40 days.

And after 40 days should it be followed EXACTLY as the sticky says or a milder version (if so, any suggestions?)

Sorry for all the questions but this stress is turning into full on dementia to the point I can't sleep at night for the last 3 days.

I believe you could pass today if you drank one 20 ounce gatorade one & a half hours prior to testing. You got a faint line after drinking only 12 ounces in the two & a half hours prior to testing yourself.

Don't stress over it. Drink a 20 ounce gatorade at 5:00 pm today. Take about 45 minutes to an hour to drink the gatorade. 1/2 hour after finishing the sports drink, test yourself at home. I'd be willing to bet you pass with a relatively strong line on a home test.

Go ahead.... Make your day. Test yourself again using the time frame and fluid stated above.

follow this advice, i did, and i am pretty confident i will be ok. i do think anything more than the 20 oz would have made it too dilute.

So after that time frame of abstaining there's no need to take asprin, rolaids, creatine, etc (as per the sticky)?
