Ok everyone, I'm going to SUB tomorrow. I was gonna do it friday but I want to get it over with. My mom works at a doctors office so she got me a bunch of sterile urine cups, the same they use for testing just without the temp strip. I've been practicing extensively with my own pee, and I have a clean donor lined up. I've been voiding into the urine cup and enclosing the lid, and putting it right where N2 suggested. Before putting it down my pants, its been reading 98 degrees. After 15 or 30 mins down there, its testing consistently at around 96. Keep in mind this is without any hand warmers or anything like that, just a urine cup in the spot N2 suggested.

Here is my plan for tomorrow and tell me if this is good:

I'm gonna pick up my friend who is peeing for me. Drive to the testing facility which is in a shopping type area. Have him go into the bathroom with the cup in a store around the corner, void, and immediately come back to the car and test the temp. I'm gonna have hot water as a backup just in case it tests on the low end like 93 or 94. Once the temp is around 98, im gonna put it in place and go into the labcorp. Hopefully it will be 15 mins or so from time I put it in place in the car to when I'm in the bathroom. Then when in the bathroom, I'll carefully take it out, pour it into the real cup and leave.

Question: Do you have to actually pee in the toilet for effect? Or is it unnecessary. I have a problem with voiding on demand so I might have trouble especially since I'll be a little nervous. It this completely necessary to do?

Any input to my plan or just reassurance would be amazing. Thanks everyone, you have all been amazing. I will for sure post my results and experience.

It isn't necessary for you to pee in the toilet. lots of people pee only enough to fill half a cup or less.

Some people think they need to pee ON the toilet seat. This is stupid. IF you don't pee on the toilet seat at home, why would you do it at the drug test facility. It only makes me suspect you even more (and it pisses me off when I have to clean up after you). I think you are trying to do something out of the ordinary (like pee and pour at the same time) or that you are actually trying to coverup something. A kid came in the other day, peed all over the seat and actually left a puddle on the floor. I am now going to suggest to his employer to watch him closely and probably will give him a "surprise" test in the next month or two.
