I've got my first day of work monday 5/19 (its wednesday...)

I'm 6'0 maybe 6'1 and about 155-160 pounds. I have a ridiculous metabolism, I don't really gain weight and I'm very skinny. I've averaged probably an 8th every 2 days for the last year or 2. Slowed down last week, stopped yesterday. I'm not sure exactly how I'm going to get tested, its a very serious job at a company where there's no doubt I'm going to be tested. They haven't mentioned it yet, but I want to be prepared because they probably have the means to test me on site instead of sending me somewhere else... so it'll probably happen monday. I'm willing to buy strip or anything else that will help, I'm picking up a 32 case of water soon and I'm going to try and finish it by friday.

Any suggestions please?? I feel pretty screwed/scared shitless...

should i be exercising? what should i eat and drink? or am i just completely fucked?? (my rents will KILL ME)

What you don't have to do is waste your money on bottled water. Drinking water in the days prior to testing does nothing to clean out your system. You should be reading and learning. All your questions are answered in the stickies (the main threads listed at the top of the urine testing menu page).

yeah... but is it a bad idea to be drinking massive quantities of water on my first day of work/pissing all day my first day of work???

i feel like i may be screwed if they take my sample at the office...
