toxins build up overnight and are heaviest in the morning.

urine is more concentrated and the collection represents a longer window of accumulation

if you can pass on the first void (which you would never give for a drug test if you could help it), you should be able to pass on your own, drinking 20 oz of gatorade 1.5 hours before the test.

note that the first void line may not be as dark as the contol line
