A little help

Hi, I am 170 lbs 6foot3in. I have been clean for about 2 months now and I was JW if I took 2 hits off my pipe. How long will it be out of my system? Im going to start working out and i have a fast meto. Thanks!

The usual expectation is that a single session will be reduced to a level below test thresholds in three to five days. It might be less than that from just a couple of tokes and a high metabolism.
