I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself...I am I need of help and advice ASAP...okay heres the deal. Its 5:20 pm Wednesday evening and I have to take a urine test at 8:00 tommorow morning (thursday). I haven't smoked since saturday night so that would be 5 days..I have been drinking alot of water/cranberry juice and taking 500 mg of niacin since sunday then uped it to 750 mg on tuesday..I also have been sitting in a sauna ans steam room for 30 minutes a day since sunday as well..I am 210 lbs if that makes a differece..I also went and bought stat flush from a local head shop and was told to drink a gallon of water 2 hours before my test then take the flush pills /no more water after I take them and urinate atleast 3 times before I take my test...I was also thinking about waking up at 5;30 am and hitting the sauna/steam room one last time before my test.What do you guys think??? Am I doing everything right or what else should I do....Thanks in advance

i would not recommend hitting the sauna in the morning you really dont want to release anymore thc metabolites stored in your fat cells the day of the test
