Default The Story

Yes. Thats right i have 'the story' for you... I have a DT and its for probation. Well i have detoxed by exercise and lots of water, but mostly working out. I sweat alot so that is a plus? ive been at it for 3 days good but i have 7 days left until the DT. The problem is I took a few hits tonight of what you call in texas "dat good corn". Now, with such timeframe and available techniques, what you anyone please like to recommend to pass my DT to be safe at this point in my perdicament. I can sense the negative remarks quickly on route to be delivered on my post as useless replies however please dont bash.

Help ?

1. exercise more ? routine ? when to quit ?
2. diet? vitamins? niacin? foods?
3. misc? ideas? storys?

So you knew you knew you have a drug test and still smoked? Maybe you can do substitution. Have you read the stickies?

You can sabotage yourself by continuing to smoke or you can stop now and better your chance of actually being able to pass the test. It is up to you.

Either continue to smoke, take the drug test, fail it, and not smoke while sitting in jail

or

Stop smoking pot, pass the drug test, and not smoke while on probation but free.

The choice is yours.

Haha, yea. I've been going with idea no. two since my post. So that means i have those 3 days with my few puffs on the third day, an additional 3 more days now and 4 more to go until test day. I think my chances are decent.

I bought some b-complex vitamins with like a million percent of B2 in it so I will dilute with water, tums, and those to hopefully produce a good enough sample. Im not sure if ill be able to get any creatine due to my lack of transporation right now or else i would buy a bottle. But ive been taking this body builder protein stuff which im sure have a good amount of creatine in it. Its listed in the ingredients but not the amount. I've been exercising all the way up to now but i think im going to stop after tomorrow and start pigging out and puttin my body into fat-storing mode rather than fat releasing mode if you know what i mean Hopefully 3 days should do it.

Any additional comments / help would be great. Thanks again everybody!

5'11" - height

always been kinda skinny w/ really good metabolism.
