I was clean for 25 days when i had to take my test. I loaded up on creatine for 4 days before the test. I drank about 64 oz of gatorade (i even added salt to it....nasty). starting 3 hours before the test. I took 200% of the b2 vitamin about an hour before the test. I voided 2 times before i had to give my sample. The sample was a solid vitamin yellow color, it looked like normal urine. I tested my urine right before my test (15 min before) and after (45 min after). both were solid negative. I don't think that my sample could be positive, but i guess there is a chance it could be dilute. I took all the necessary precautions to insure my urine could pass an integrity test. I read that they check your creatinine content and only if that is too low they will look at your sg. Is there a chance that my creatinine content will be too low even when taking a creatine supplement?

sorry for the obsessive posting, but does has anyone experienced a negative dilute even after taking creatine supplement?
