i was reading Sec's posts where she said a (-) generally clears the lab within 24 hours. however, this lab, CRL, boasts that 95% of the results go out w/in 24 hours, so, maybe that is confirmation too.

| No. CRL is not the most experienced or reputable of laboratories, however; they do test accurately. They just tend to boast about things that mean nothing. 95% of lab tests are negatives, that is why they go out within 24 hours. No big deal, it just looks better to prospective clients when they say 95% are out in one day. ![]() Remember, a specimen can clear a lab within 24 hours, but it still must be reviewed by the MRO (yes, even negatives can be reviewed by the MRO). Then, it is forwarded to either the employer or a TPA (Third Party Administrator). A TPA is a company who keeps track of drug tests, conducts background checks, etc... for many different employers. For example, an employer who has only 5-6 employees may not want to maintain their own lab and MRO accounts. Typically, the best price comes with volume, so they use a TPA who provides services to many different employers. That way, the TPA can provide a better price than an employer can get by themselves. Anywho.... That TPA must then transmit the results from the MRO to the employer. All this takes time. I'll bet you'll hear by Monday. |

upon further reflection, and during moments of clarity, which seem to be peppered with full blown anxiety, i have to say, that i would be shocked (and crushed) if it came back positive. i know, i know, it has happened before, but, i passed two home tests that day with intergrity stips for creatine and SG and, one the day before, as well as a home test on the first void 5 days before that. a one time session, and a very small one at that, in 20 days, - all historical/scientific evidence says i have nothing to worry about - at any rate, it will hopefully all be done monday

| 34 yr old female 5'7" 130 lbs work out 4 times a week - long duration (45 mins - 1 hour), low intensity (65% of heart rate) exercise clean 60 days - testing (-) on day 39 with regular drinking 5 hits on day 60 of KB negative with first void of day 7 days later, faint line DAY OF TEST 4 Bayer asprin 4 hours prior to test 20 oz of gatorade 3 hours before test + tums (with sodium) + ramen noodles + 2 B2 viatmins Tums 2.5 hours before test 20 oz gatorade + tums 1.5 hours before test voided 1 hour before test negative, relieved, and massively educated about this process. thanks to everyone here for sharing stories and tips. i will be sticking around to help others and dispell the myths out there. one thing i have to say, and wish i would have done more of, rather than letting my imagination get the best of me- listen to the people here with experience, especially sec, who was 100% right on with every piece of advice, as well as her speculation as to what would happen and what was going on. Sec, but for all of this anonymity, if i could send you some flowers, i would. ![]() |

| Congrats!!! I'm very glad that you pissed your test. I've been following your story on this board as well as another drug testing forum. I'm suppose to find out my results today too, I hope I can be celebrating right along side with you... ![]() |
