ok,
heres my story.
Got a big job coming up that i NEED to get.
Tested myself on friday, 21 days clean, daily smoker for a few years...
Bought a home test kit and failed.
So I am going the QF method.

I have read this site and searched and searched about QF and what is going to be done.
heres my questions.


1. the color of the QF is just slightly yellow, I dont forsee an issue, but I have read that even if its clear, it can be used, however, they might think it is dilluted and make me do it again, under observation.
2. I read on here about smelling the pee, do they actually do this. Legal or not - do they do it....
I am going with the hot water for 10 minutes to bring up to temp and going with the included heatpad and strategically placing under the balls near the bunghole. 3 pairs of undies and If i do get frisked or patted down, i will have to clench the cheeks together. I tried to feel for it, and could barely feel it. if they did, they are probably to close anyway, even if they use their arms.
I dont care about the laws, but it is possible.
I am more nervous about smuggling it in than actually failing, If they make me change into gown, i have on the underwear to support the QF while in the crotch area. I going with the method as i read before
1. pee in toilet, take out bottle, squirt in cup, finish peeing in toilet. I only 45ml which is 1.5 oz, the QF bottle holds three OZ's, so i should be good there.
Just looking for some thoughts on it. and thanks to all the members that have taken the time to post their stories and results. Helped out very much up to this point.

They won't frisk you. They cannot make you resubmit based on color. There is no way they can test a specimen based on smell. If it gives an unusual odor, they can make you resubmit observed, but for a non-DOT test, they will just have you re-submit unobserved if the temperature is off or there is an unusual odor. That is why most people back-up their substitution with dilution.

Practice makes perfect.

ok, questions about ace bandages.
Whats better, self sticking or regular ace bandage?
I went and bought some air activated heat pads, so far, i think that they are not that good.
One stayed right around 98* and the other went way over to 111*+.
according to the package, no shaking needed, but they take forever to heat up.

heres my plan.
wrap the QF up in one bandage and then wrap that on to my leg.
of just stick in the crotch area.
I have not used the charcol(sp) activated one that came with the QF yet, wanted to test with some others just in case.
i found a 45ml plastic bottle, and i have been testing with that.
i used the 2 heat pads mentioned above with rubberbands and let it sit out on the table, temp got to over 111+, dig therm, would not go any higher.

i have heated seats in my car also, so between the one heat pack wrapped up, the heated seats, hopefully i am good. I remember the rule about 1* per 30 seconds. so by squirting it out, there goes some heat and if they give me 4 minutes, that is a total of 8* cooler if it was above 111.
this is the only part i am nervous about.
I have used the unrine clear before with good results, however, the little cap can be tough to get open and the yellow dye can stain your hands.
last minute tips are appreciated.
I have read the sticky but this was not covered per say.

Hi, I have a urine drug test tomorrow morning about 8:30 and I got some pee from a friend. The urine is in a water bottle sealed tightly but I haven't but it in the refrigator or anything like that. It is pretty much at room temp. Will it be ok to use in the morning. I got the urine today about 12 (noon) and it has been this way ever since. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

thanks for adding to my thread, even though your questions have nothing to do with mine. and also the search is your friend. try searching for urine substitute or read the sticky at the top of the page.
i have read on here that the urine gets pretty rank after a few hours.
read the thread above or do a search for urine sub...
if your a guy, put it in your crotch or a women under the bra.
the hardest part is getting it up to temp.
for the guy, supposedly crossing your legs and sitting for 20 min or so should bring it up to temp.
You should do a dry run first. you should do a dry run first, don't not test the method cause you might be SOL by the time you need it.
Mine is also at 8am tomorrow. doing a dry run now.

ok, I went into the test, did the alcohol test, passed with flying colors.
2 women in the office, so no chance for observation.
stuffed it down below, turned on the heated seats and used the included heat pack.
worked like a charm. filled the cup, pee'd a little, paused, then pee'd again.
counted 10 hippos and walked out. She marked the cup, filled it up to the line, cause i am anal like that, but in all reality, thats all i had.
Marked my initials and walked out.
I am now in the sub club as well. I will post the final results when i hear something.
