hey so i noticed that most of the posts here regarding testing has to do with heavy smokers...so before you delete this hear me out:

i prbly have smoked 3-4 times over the past 5 months...so I am definitely a light smoker...unfortunately i smoked about one week ago....and i have a drug test this tuesday...so the time spread would be about 11 or so days...i exercise a good bit...and im already takin the b vitamins....any suggestions? is 11 days enough for someone who doesnt really smoke often?

oh and im about 6 feet tall and 165 lbs

Go and get a home test. If it means that much to you to be able to pass this test, then spend the $15 or so and find out if you can pass.

Chances are you being such a light smoker that you could pass in a week or so with no added help from diluting.

IF you want that peace of mind, then get a home test cuz I'm just guessing here.

agree with Sec - get the home test - test on your first void of the day (or before you've had anything to drink and your urine is concentrated) and see if you can pass.

if you pass, you can probably go with 20 oz of gatorade 1.5 hours before the test

if not, practice dilution before your test

or you can sub.

i was in your shoes and passed a home test w/o dilution on the second void w/o liquids in that amount of time, and was testing solid (-) with normal liquid consumption within a week. now, i'm waiting for the results of the lab test.
