here's the details:

quit for 2 weeks end of april, had 4 hits first friday of may. quit for 2 weeks after, had about 15 hits this past weekend. (fri and sat) didnt think the drug test would happen this soon - but its happening tomorrow morning, at 630 am. i have been clean less than 48 hrs, more like 36.

drinking gateorade and water a lot. i know this isnt supposed to help the days prior to but i figure its less than 12hrs away soo...

my plan is to use substitution as a first choice, using the condom - handwarmer method. also going to look for some ace bandages that can possible fit around my thigh to help keep heat in.

also going to try to dilute even though i know its 48hrs. using 500mg bayer, a digital thermo, b complex vitimin, rolaids and hopefully creatine supplment if i can find it.

super nervous but i can retest in about a week if it comes positive.

any suggestions? what do you think my chances are, since i have quit for periods of time throughout the last 45 days (only smoking a little) -- will it be under the threshold with diltuin?

you might have screwed urself by smoking this weekend.
the key is to get around the half life of the drug, by still smoking the levels are still going down, but look at it like you are adding wood to a fire or a bed of hot coals. Adding more only make it get bigger and burn longer.

thanks for your advice. we were really freaking out the night before and decided substituin was the best way to go, but also figured to dilute as well, just in case the temp didnt pass.

apparently it was pretty easy & he peed all the next day. i told him he screwed himself by smoking that weekend .. but at least it worked out. thanks again for your help!!

don't freak out if it takes a couple of days. i went on a weds and did not find out until monday a.m., of course i had that agonizing weekend in there.
