Hello All,

I would thank this website.....first and foremost for ppl in our situtations to share experiences and give HONEST advice.

Well lil background would say im an moderate-heavy user 5'5 170 (that aint fat...) and metabolism i would say ok. but i dont really exercise that much pretty sedinatry (i sit at a desk all day .

but i may have a last min. drug test from my p.o. on wed. I havent been tested in a while and i have been in substance abuse classes which requires u.a's but i have passed all of them thanks to subbing......

THEY DONT WATCH YOU FOR THE CLASS.BUT FOR P.O THEY DO.
I havent smoked since 5/17/08 (sat evening). and i am wondering if dilution will work for me....any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

But pls dont give me the 3rd degree about smoking on probation....i already know....she caught me off guard cause i usually just "sign in" and b/c i have "passed" in the classes i been cool. but if everything goes good w/my appt. i will only have to see her e/o month!!!!!!! and gradually decreases...

As for class u/a's i be done the first week in July completely....

There is always a chance you could pass, if you drink enough fluids prior. You don't say if the tests you have to take are laboratory or dip stick type of tests.

Right now, you have no choice. You have to dilute as you cannot sub. Read this thread:

Read the first page, then go to the last page and start reading backwards until you feel you understand how to dilute properly and why.

That is the best you can do at this point.

It all depends on how much you smoked up to Saturday, what frequency you smoked and how fast your metabolism is. You could get a home test and try to dilute then test yourself on Tuesday to see if it can work. BTW, stop by a GNC and get yourself some creatine on the way home tonight. Take the recommended dose plus 1/2 dose. IF it gives you diarhhea, cut back. But if your PO test is a laboratory test, it will help you pass the integrity check on your specimen if you are diluting.

Sec, or any1,

Generally what kind of test does probation give? I do have to do the chain of custody....does that make a diff?

But how would u know what kind of test if being admin? i aint about to ask????

FYI: I only smoked about a blunt...it was dro...oooppss

and i remember a while back i had a d.t with proabation and took nothing but water and peed until crystal clear and my results were neg. and nothing was ever mentioned about creatine levels....etc

Thats what makes me have FAITH in dilution cause at that time i didnt even stop using i just diulted...

IF you have a chain of custody form, it probably is a laboratory test. If you just give your pee to the PO and walk away, it probably is an instant test.

SEC, IS THE STUFF Creatine Monohydrate OR Pure Creatine does it make what form????

Liquid, capsules, wafers....???????


Also does it make a diff. for lab test or instant...obivous the intergrity test...and instants are easier to dilute...

but will the dilution work for lab tests as well?????

I mean i am worried....but if some1 who has used this method b4 could offer any advice pls do....
