I had made a critical error in keeping track of my dates to visit the p.o.'s office and was forced to report on an evenings notice. I have passed on 24 hours abstinence before (posted in the dillution results thread), but less than 12 hours from consistantly smoking 3-4 bowls daily had me shaking in my boots. However....I passed! I used a dillution method similiar to the one posted here. Heres what worked for me.

I am an active 27 year old male, 180 lbs, I got a lil beer belly and a good bit of muscle mass. I last smoked Monday at 3:00 pm and had to report to the office at 9 am Tuesday.
I started over hydrating at Midnight.
+12:00 - 32 oz Gatorade, 2 300 mg Aspirin, 1 250 mg Niacin, 1 50 mg Pamabrom (an otc pms diuretic pill), 1 200 mg caffeine, 1 cup coffee
+12:15 to 2:45 am - 32 oz water every 15 min.
+ 3:00 - 32 oz water, 4 300 mg aspirin, 1 50 mg Pamabrom, 250 mg niacin
+ 3:15 to 5:45 am - 32 oz water every 15 min.
+ 6:00 - 32 oz water, 1 cup coffee, 4 300 mg aspirin, 1 50 mg pamabrom, 1 B complex vitamin
+ 6:15 to 6:45 - 32 oz of water every 15 min.
+ 7:00 am -32 oz of water, 2 300 mg aspirin, 1 B complex vitamin.
+ 7:15 - 8:30 - 32 oz of water every 15 min.
At 8:30 I started walking to the office, voided twice in the 10 min walk.
I also drank a 16 oz Mt. Dew along the walk.
~ 10:00 Passed the test after enduring the agony of holding all that liquid in for longer than 15 min.

The test was a nida-5 dipstick quick test, and does not test ph or creatine levels. And it is directly monitored, so substitution is not an option. At the peak of hydrating I was voiding every 10 minutes if not faster. I kept light on the B vitamins cause I was aiming for a natural subdued yellow tone, not the neon yellow green from too much B. Well thats what worked for me this time. I wouldnt bank on having similiar results but it is possible to pass a short notice urine test with the dillution method and the ability to endure prolonged physical self torture (cause it is uncomfortable as hell, but I do always feel refreshed at the end of it).

If they'd done the usual verification tests to make sure that you hadn't diluted, your results would almost certainly have been "negative-dilute". You would have had the same results if you'd done nothing but drink all of those fluids.

Since most tests include the verifications, your method wouldn't work for them.

Its worked with more than one, they see any kind of line and its good enough for them. But yeah, if they looked hard at all I'd be boned.
