I'm a first timer...I'm 6'1 255#...I smoked pretty heavily (once or twice a day) in the first week of May...since then maybe 8-10 hits...I have just been notified that I have to take a 5 panel DOT test in the next 48 hrs...any suggestions? Your help is greatly appreciated. TC

Well, there is a lot of information in the dilution thread.

Also, subbing is an option. There is a multitude of information in that thread as well.

Your question is so vague, You should probably get a home test and try testing yourself while drinking fluids. That way, you can see if dilution is even an option for you. With such short notice, I tend to think not.

If you have a clean friend, buy or obtain urine from that friend. Otherwise, look for a place to purchase synthetic.

Those are your only two choices.

No they don't. Not unless it is a return-to-duty or you get caught using substutition or adulteration materials.

DOT tests are collected the same as any other test.

Believe me; I do this for a living.

Do an online search of synthetic urine. Spectrum Labs is one place that has been mentioned over and over again here.

You pour the synthetic in the collection cup. The collector pours it from the cup you have handed her into the vials.

No!

Synthetic urine should be ready mixed. You order it, heat it, hide it, then when you get into the testing facility, you pour it into the cup.

simple.
