Bio: 53 y.o. male 5'8" 175 lbs, average metabolism assumed, 3 times a week workout for 35 minutes.

Have been chronic enjoyer for almost 40 years.

New business opportunity means a UA in 10 or 20 days.

5 days since last usage, usual daily dosage of 2-5 bong hits.

I have read many posts on this sight the last week or 2 and am asking for input on my situation. This will be a pre-employment test that I expect will take place in a public restroom without supervision. I prefer to pass my test without subs naturally, but what do you folks recommend as my plan with this much ahead notice?

Read the dilution method (first page), then start reading from the last page back towards the front. Using the dilution method is peeing naturally. You just drink enough fluids to add enough water to your urine. Doing that "thins out the mix" so to speak, so that any THC in your urine falls below the 50 ng/mL of urine cutoff for most pre-employment tests.

Take a home test about 3-4 days prior to your real test. If you test negative, you are good to go. If you test positive on your first pee of the morning, get another home test. Drink 40 ounces of gatorade in 1-1/2 hours, wait 20 minutes and test yourself again. If you pass that test, then dilution will work for you. IF you don't pass the diluted test, then you will need to sub to be able to pass the pre-employment test.

Thanks for your reply and I will follow your direction. my next question is regarding a home test. Are those little test "dip" strips accurate enough for the results I am looking for?

yes, i believe they boast a 99.95% accuracy rate or something.
