| I've had instances before where I had to unplug and restart my Buddha so that it would heat up. Well just now, I've tried plugging it into every outlet in the house, and although the little orange light behind it is glowing, it's not heating up whatsoever. What's the deal? |

| Well from the sounds of your knowledge base you should most likely not attempt opening it and fixing it yourself. Just contact them and I'm sure they will fix it for you. Just because the idicator light is on does not mean the heater is still working. |
