|  Broken heating element cover The heating element on my 3g Warez broke a couple weeks ago when my laptop fell and hit the whip. The impact did not break the whip but it shattered the heating element cover. I have tried to get it out myself but I think it's impossible. If I send it back will vaporwarez be able to fix it? What are my best options? |

| You can't get the rest of the glass off? I was just playing with mine, and unscrewed it a little bit. It seems that some of the glass goes down, making it kinda hard to reach. Give Vapor Warez a call, they have a toll free number. See what Winslow has to say.

| Well it shattered pretty far down. The only part left in pretty much what is screwed into the box. I'll have to call them next week. |
