whats up guys i was just wondering... y should i use a vap? and is it better 4 your healt than smokiin a j or using a bong???

Also which is a good vap that i could buy

Yes, vaping is more healthy than smoking. IT does not, however get you any higher.

You should search the forums, namely this one about vaproizers. There are a number of reviews of different models, which should help you make a decision.

Contrary to Pervert, I do believe that vapes get you higher (I am sitting here hitting my DigiVapor right now though aha)....what I mean is that you do not need nearly as much bud in a vape which is good if your looking to save money. That being said, if you had a gram of bud and split it into two equal fivers, you could smoke one in a J to your face and be feeling alright, but if you were to take the fiver and vape it properly, you would be a lot higher than smoking the joint, so in that sense I guess you could say that a vape does get you higher and in my opinion produces a much more cerebral and sativa-like high.

Higher or not as high? It's a matter of opinion. You actually ingest fewer compounds with vapor. Some of what you don't get are just smoke toxins which produce effects ranging from drowsy to dizzy. Since these effects are generally perceived to be part of the 'high', you could argue that vapor doesn't get you as high. Vapor is therefore a cleaner high-more pure THC effect. Since vapor is also usually more efficient than smoke as far as preserving THC content (especially vs. joints, which have a high THC loss via sidestream smoke loss), you could certainly argue that the same amount of herb provides more THC via vapor than smoke. And for people like me, who can't tolerate very much smoke anymore, vapor certainly provides a higher state since I can ingest much more THC than my low tolerance for smoke allows.
